Afkar's laboratory works directly alongside our Mold Design, Plastic Injection, Assembly, and Product Development departments.
This integrated structure allows quality findings to move quickly back into production. When a deviation is identified, our technical teams can trace its source, evaluate the relevant component or process, and implement corrective measures before products proceed to final approval. Meet Featured Quality Tests for Ensured Functionality
Meet some of the most important tests that are carried out by Afkar quality department to ensure and validate products functionality:
Seal (Torque) Test
Checks twisting of turning function to determine compatibility, failure, or break.
Leak (Vaccum) Test
Tests the pump against leaks during environmental pressure change.
Pump Fatigue Test
Measures the consistency of pressing performance and dosage change up to 2000 presses.
Spring Rust Test
A machine exposes the pump to different external conditions in an accelerated way, wherein 1 day in the machine = 15 days in the real world.
Liquid Ph Test
measures the Ph and minerals of the liquid to chose the compatible materials of pump pieces.
